AI Use & Privacy Statement

Career Insights uses generative AI to turn your interview answers into a structured skills profile. The AI helps identify transferable skills, suggest careers, build learning plans, translate reports, rewrite resume bullet points, draft LinkedIn content, and answer coaching questions. Every output is grounded in the evidence you provide.

When you use Career Insights, the content you enter — interview answers, profile details, pasted CV or LinkedIn text, and coaching messages — is sent to our AI gateway and underlying model providers so they can generate a response. We do not send any other personal data about you beyond what you type or paste into the app.

Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request timestamps are processed separately for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention. These are not used to personalise AI outputs.

Your assessment sessions — including interview answers, extracted skills, plans, reports and coach conversations — are stored locally in your browser. We cannot see this local storage, and clearing your browser data deletes it permanently. Only the data you actively submit to an AI feature is transmitted for processing.

AI-generated skills, scores, career suggestions, learning plans, translations and coaching answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are designed to help you reflect on your experience and prepare your own materials. You should verify anything important before relying on it, and you remain responsible for your own decisions and any content you share with third parties.

• Do not enter information you would not want an external AI provider to process.
• Do not use Career Insights to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, impersonation, malware, fraud, or content designed to mislead.
• Do not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or bypass the model's safety controls.
• You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, such as a CV or LinkedIn export, and for how you use the outputs.

We do not use your inputs to train our own models. The underlying AI providers may retain and process inputs according to their own terms and privacy policies. If you are concerned about a specific provider, avoid entering sensitive personal information you do not need to share.

Interface translations are provided by static language packs. Report translations use AI and are generated from a saved English source snapshot so your original meaning is preserved. Translated reports may contain errors; review important outputs before sharing them.
